Cooking process:
- Chop the cabbage finely.
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Make a diet coleslaw dressing. To do this, combine yogurt, salt, sugar, vinegar, mustard and honey.
- Season the salad with the sauce and refrigerate for 2 hours.

For dietary cabbage soup you need to take:
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 5 onions
- 2 paprika
- 2 tomatoes
- celery stalk
- dill and parsley
Cooking process:
- Place onions, tomatoes, cabbage and peppers in boiling water.
