The pumpkin is not only suitable for carving the characteristic lanterns for Halloween. You can cook a lot of delicious dishes from it, and in meat dishes it will definitely be healthier than potatoes.

Baked pumpkin with lamb
You will need:
- 1 small pumpkin
- 250 g minced lamb
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- clove of garlic
- can of coconut milk
- a bunch of spinach
- green onions to taste
- for topping: chili peppers and pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Cut the pumpkin into slices, place on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Fry the minced meat with chopped onions and garlic, pour the coconut milk into a skillet, add the chopped spinach and keep on fire until the leaves are limp. Serve with the pumpkin along with pan-dried seeds and chili.

If you don't eat meat, use mushrooms, asparagus, or chickpeas instead of minced meat.
