After such a cocktail, as after a natural energy drink, you want to act, and not sit on the couch. Also smoothies are very simple and quick to prepare - just have a good blender. Green spinach smoothie

I love the peanut milk smoothie, which takes only a couple of minutes to prepare, and the result is always the same - a thick, tasty and satisfying cocktail. Most often I make milk from almonds or hazelnuts. The milk is slightly sweet with a slight nutty aroma.

(for 2-3 servings)
  • 350 ml of nut milk from almonds or hazelnuts
  • 2 bananas
  • a glass of fresh spinach leaves
  • juice of 1 lime

To make nut milk, mix 350 ml of water with 50 g of low-fat almonds or hazelnuts in a blender and strain through a sieve. Whip the prepared milk in a blender with the rest of the ingredients until smooth, add a spoonful of honey if desired. The green smoothie is ready!

Blueberry smoothie

  • 2-3 stalks of celery
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tbsp. blueberry spoons
  • 1/3 lemon juice
  • glass of water

The best way to eat celery is to make a vibrant blueberry smoothie with it. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pour into glasses.

Chocolate cocktail

  • 70 g raw hazelnuts or almonds
  • 300 ml of water
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 bananas, pre-sliced ​​and frozen
  • 3-4 dried apricots (for softness, you can soak for 10 minutes in hot water)
  • 2 dates or a spoonful of honey (you do not need to add)
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 lime juice

+ piece of dark chocolate

Grind the nuts in a blender, mix them with water, and strain the resulting nut milk through a sieve or cheesecloth. Pour it into a blender, add the rest of the ingredients and whisk again. Grind a piece of chocolate on a grater. Pour smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Green super smoothie

  • a bunch of green leaves (spinach or lettuce leaves)
  • 1 medium, skinless cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 glass of water
  • honey to taste

The recipe for super smoothies is simple and similar to all the previous ones: mix all the ingredients well in a blender, whisk them until a homogeneous consistency, and now - a super healthy and super invigorating smoothie is ready!

Strawberry Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 avocado
  • 200 g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • a handful of cranberries
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup
  • 1 glass of nut milk (1 glass of water + a handful of unroasted almonds or hazelnuts)

To make nut milk, mix well the water and a handful of unroasted nuts in a blender. Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth and pour the prepared milk into a blender glass. Add the avocado pulp and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well in a blender. Divide into glasses and garnish with chopped berries.
