There can be many reasons why people overeat. And each has its own eating style. This is not the same as food choices: eating style reflects when, where, how much and how quickly you eat. Read the list below and if you have these unhealthy eating habits, give up on them!

1. A lot of high-calorie or very fatty foods
If you've been eating it for a long time, it becomes a habit. Try to replace unhealthy fats with healthy ones: olive oil, nuts, avocados.
2. Constant food
Some diets have many meals a day, but both food and portions are defined. If you eat fast food and sausages fractionally, it will not lead to good. It is better to allocate three main meals a day, with pauses of 4-5 hours. If the pause is too long, you can afford a small (!) Snack.
3. Food in front of the TV
Or in front of a computer. If you are distracted by something else while eating, then you stop paying attention to how much you ate, and this is not very useful.
4. Eat everything
This is perhaps the most annoying habit of all. You thoughtlessly put everything that comes into your mouth, you do not follow either the composition of the food or the saturation.
5. You overeat often
It is not for nothing that the portion sizes are indicated in cookbooks! The food should be balanced and not go beyond the calorie norm.
6. Harmful snacks
It is best to have a snack with vegetables, fruits, nuts. But if fast food has firmly taken their place, this cannot be called healthy.
7. Fast food
The faster you absorb food, the more likely you are to overeat. The brain receives a signal of saturation with a delay of about 20 minutes! During this time, you can have time to eat a lot of excess.
8. Food on the go
In this case, you take with you something convenient to eat on the run and do not keep track of how much you ate. And sometimes you even forget that this meal has already been!
9. Frequent meals outside the home
The main problem is too much calories, and you do not know in detail what is in each dish.
10. Constant diets
Denying yourself everything often leads to breakdowns and overeating.
11. Seizing stress
A common cause of excess weight. Interestingly, as a rule, stress does not disappear anywhere.
12. Overeating on weekends
To form good habits, it is worth keeping within reasonable limits also on rest days.
