The Cosmopolitan. Power in Women program kicks off on 20 August.
In 2019, Cosmopolitan celebrates 25 years in Russia. Throughout this time, Cosmopolitan has been closely monitoring the achievements of women and honoring the best. On the occasion of the anniversary, Cosmo is launching the Cosmopolitan. Power in a Woman award and the all-Russian support program for university graduates of the same name.
The Cosmopolitan. Power in Women program brings together young girls and women, whose achievements are changing Russian reality today. Culture and Art, Science, Charity, Fashion, Sport, Beauty and Health, Social Entrepreneurship, Cosmo-girl (publishing business), Otkritie (banking) and "Business" - in each category, Cosmopolitan will announce its laureate.
Within the framework of the Cosmopolitan. Power in Women program, laureates who have already achieved success in their field will provide graduates with the opportunity to get a dream job, help them become better and reach new heights. 10 nominations - 10 laureates - 10 graduates.
From all the submitted questionnaires, Cosmopolitan editors will select 250 most promising graduates, 25 for each of 10 nominations. After completing interviews with HR departments of the laureates' companies or personal video interviews with the laureate, 10 finalists of the program will be invited to the Cosmopolitan. Power in a woman”in Moscow, where the laureates will receive their awards and a dream career from the hands of the laureates.
To participate, you need to decide on the area in which you want to develop, fill out a questionnaire and record a video business card on the site.
Applications are accepted until September 23 inclusive.
