Now we can say with confidence that mink coats have faded into the background, and the point is not only in the worldwide rejection of natural fur, but also in the fact that there are more and more cool and fashionable alternatives. Let's analyze the most trendy outerwear options for this winter.
Down jackets

Down jackets have long ceased to be just a sports story and go well not only with jeans and sneakers, but also, for example, with dresses and ankle boots. As for the styles, oversized down jackets below the knee, as well as voluminous cropped options, are still relevant this season. I advise you to pay special attention to down jackets made of leather or eco-leather. They fit perfectly into a sporty and casual look, and may well complement an outfit with a dress and heels.
Quilted coats

The hit of the coming winter season is quilted coats. They look very stylish with high boots with wide tops and heels, as well as with hiker boots. I advise you to pay attention to the classic shades - black, beige or khaki, this is the color of the model released by the main fashion brands.
Eco-fur coats

Eco-fur coats have been popular for several years. And despite the fact that many predicted a short life for them and the risk of falling into anti-trends, we see that most fashionistas not only did not give up on Cheburashka fur coats, but also continue to buy different models and shades. If you haven't made up your mind yet, now is the time. I recommend considering both short jackets (for mild frosts) and long plush coats. The latter look great not only with insulated fur boots, but also with high boots or fashionable ankle boots.
Sheepskin coats

Still, artificial fur has not completely supplanted natural and for lovers of everything natural there is an excellent option - a sheepskin coat. From the current models this year - an oversized aviator, straight sheepskin coats to the knee or slightly below and shorter in retro style. It is comfortable to combine a long sheepskin coat with dresses and skirts. I advise you to wear a cropped version from the 90s with high boots and jeans tucked into them. But the aviator goes well with straight jeans and lace-up boots.
