At the moment, the restaurant's cuisine is headed by the chef Francesco Di Marzio and creates an expressive mix of Mediterranean traditions and Asian influences. Moregrill's philosophy is pure taste and primordial benefits of the product against the background of a balanced play with textures and shapes.

Morning at Moregrill offers a bohemian start and serves a glass of sparkling wine at breakfast, and a complimentary glass of white wine for dinner. The lunch menu is new, available from 12:00 to 16:00, Monday through Friday, and is worth talking about in more detail.

The new daily section is a combination of the main points of the Moregrill concept. The key points are balance, variety and filling portions. The usual salads look quite unusual: a poached egg is served on a pillow of fresh vegetables and spinach (RUB 310), and the vinaigrette is complemented by Olyutor herring (RUB 280). Soups contain everything that is most beloved and warming. Two options to choose from: rich fish soup with cod and pike-perch fillets, with shrimps, mussels and squid (290 rub) or rich chicken soup with egg (250 rub). The "hot" section is a great seven of dishes for every taste: fish, poultry and meat in a wide variety of variations. About fish: cod is baked in a “green” herb breading and served with mashed potatoes and spinach fried in cream with pine nuts (RUB 430); classics - fish cakes with caviar sauce and beetroot puree (390 r). Fans of Italy will delight in homemade orecchietta with squid and basil pesto (410 rub), green dumplings with spinach juice with cod and salmon (390 rub) and lasagne with meat and baked eggplant with two types of sauces: tomato and bechamel (430 rub). The gaining popularity of Indian motives is taken as the basis for the recipe for tandoori chicken garnished with oyster mushrooms in curry sauce and basmati rice (390 rub).

The “hot” section was supplemented with chicken breast with truffle puree (290 rubles), fried cod in josper (390 rubles) and the most tender chicken leg with tomatoes (290 rubles).

And, of course, where without your favorite Spanish dish? Meet hot paella - now it is also served for one person: with chicken, beef and bacon (290 rubles) and vegetable with aioli (190 rubles). And the most unifying Spanish drink, sangria, is poured into a pair for dinner at Barceloneta. There are as many as 8 types of it, including a non-alcoholic version, and the recipe changes from classic to a unique combination: the composition can include both local flower honey, Sochi fig jam, and Thai moth tea. For example, as "FISH LUNCH" (all for 333 rubles) they offer positions of five types of fish (different every day): juicy pike perch fillet on mashed potatoes with edamame beans and leek hay; flounder with fried zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes and citron sauce; mackerel with coconut ginger rice, pumpkin, edamame and soy sprouts; salmon with kenyan beans, green peas and spelled, served with wasabi sauce and cod fillet with fried tomatoes and romano salad. Lunch without meat is not lunch? Then "BIF LUNCH" (all dishes - 333 rubles) is your personal special. "ASIA LUNCH" is like a walk through Asian markets: rich colors, bright aromas and unexpected combinations. The dining offer includes famous dim sums from Tan Yun Le - assorted and Kung Pao. The chef worked on the recipe for several years and achieved the perfect balance: the finest dough, juicy filling and competent proportions. Buckwheat or rice noodles with beef, Singapore-style duck noodles (all for 333 rubles) are also called upon to become new hits.

For those who like to combine lunch to their liking, a variety of salads and soups are available (133 rubles each). The menu also includes the hits of the restaurant, and as a drink you can choose homemade fruit drink (33 rubles).
