In September 2018, I got pregnant again, but soon there was a miscarriage. I was crushed. Then it turned out that the body was not completely cleansed, and I had to spend the first birthday of my son in the hospital.
I realized that this is a reason to change my life. And she came to the keto diet. For some, it is too strict, but it suited me perfectly. A lot of simple dishes, a lot of meat, a minimum of sugar - great! I also got used to drinking water, and my energy increased.
What am i eating now
Breakfast: egg, bacon, cheese, black coffee.
Lunch: meat with vegetables.
Snacks: cheese, nuts.
Dinner: meat with a side dish.
What helped me
I hardly do sports, but the diet was enough to lose weight.
Comparing myself to others has always bothered me. As soon as I stopped doing this, as well as criticizing myself for the slightest mistakes, everything worked out.
