If you did not have time to sign up for a SPA or a cosmetologist, but want to feel like a queen on an important evening for you (and even without wasting time and money), follow these tips - they will save your nerves.
1. Contrast shower
Gradually change the temperature of the water from the hottest you can tolerate to the coldest. Repeat the process at least 5 times, ideally 15 times. Finish with cold water.
While taking a shower, wash your head and be sure to apply hair balm to your eyelashes: this will make them silky, it will be easier to curl them, and the mascara will lie more evenly.
2. Contrast face compresses
Soak one towel with very hot water and the other with ice cold water. Apply them to your face one by one, holding for 7-10 seconds. Puffiness will be reduced, a healthy glow will appear, complexion will be healthy, and skin will be smooth and radiant.
3. Apply oil
Massage the cosmetic oil with gentle stroking movements into the skin of the face and body, pay special attention to the nails (if they are not painted): the oil will give them shine. Wait 5-10 minutes and touch your skin with a dry paper towel to make sure the product is completely absorbed. If not, remove the excess with the same napkins.
4. Dry your hair
Throw your hair over your face and dry it with warm air, and at the very end of the process, switch to the cold mode for 10-15 seconds: this way the strands will remain raised at the roots, and your hairstyle will keep the volume better.
5. Get a face massage
Massage your skin with ice cubes (it's great if you prepare them in advance from tea or herbal decoction). Then apply a mask of yogurt, honey and eggs (mix everything in equal proportions and hold for 20 minutes): the skin will tighten, become denser and more elastic.
